The repair was successful, but the process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. I had to post the cluster to them twice, because the first repair wasn't successful. They did repair it eventually but this added extra time and money to the equation. On top of that, this was sold as service that prevents the need for coding, but my cluster has lost some of its settings after the repair and now I have to deal with the hassle of getting the coding corrected.Posted on Google
